Villa Flora has been operating at this location since December 2000. We pride ourselves with over 20 years of professional experience in the floral industry. Our designs are known in Winnipeg as distinct and unique. To this distinction and uniqueness greatly contributes an extensive experience in European design by our lead designer Daria Vugrin. We are always in pursuit of a new and innovative look and we love to surprise our customers with our "daring " design and colour combinations.
