We are Manitoba's largest full service, independant Pilates studio. We have all the major pieces of Pilates equipment, including the reformer, the cadillac and the stability chair. We offer all levels of mat and equipment instruction in the class setting, private and semi-private instruction, mind-body and movement re-education and restorative Pilates. We also have Urban Massage Therapy Services and Fitness Physiotherapy Servcies. All of our instructors are Stott trained, the best name in Pilates education and equipment. We are affiliated with Pilates Certification Manitoba, the certification body for all Stott instruction in the province.
